This application is a companion to the Beastmaker 1000 and 2000 fingerboards. It is designed to aid users in progressively enhancing their finger strength through a series of preset workouts. These workouts target various grips on the board, with some being specific to the 2000 series, focusing on improving sloper, pocket, and crimp strength.

Additionally, a new customizable workout program has been introduced, allowing users to adjust settings for the 1000, 2000, and micros according to their hang regime and timing preferences, which can be saved for convenience.

Both the preset workouts and custom timer now track hang contraction time (the duration spent hanging off the board). It is recommended that users aim for around 20 minutes on this clock during their workouts.

Within the Workout screen, users can modify set and hang times after selecting their desired workout. Depending on their routine, some users may opt for up to 3 sets and 7 hangs on rest days before and after training, while others might find that 2 sets and 6 hangs better suit their needs—considered average and suitable for individuals incorporating various training methods.

It is important to note that the grades assigned to the workouts are specific to the program itself. For instance, a grade of 5c is easier than 6a but harder than 5b. Users facing difficulty with a particular grade can implement techniques like weight removal or assistance tools for progression. To log your hangs, simply press the record button (red circle icon) during rest periods. The Workout Ratings feature has been significantly enhanced to serve as a valuable training tool that tracks gradual improvements and progress.

Achieving gains on a fingerboard requires patience. Remember to warm up thoroughly and increase the difficulty of hangs at a pace slightly slower than anticipated to allow tendons to adapt. An improvement of 10% in strength over a year is commendable progress, while a 5% gain still reflects effective training.
